Charming hand-crafted vintage musical jewelry box with three drawers, ornate metal pulls and decoupaged embellishments. The top features a pictorial medallion in the style of Fragonard, flanked by yellow roses and violets. The drawers feature the same floral decor and the sides have a Rococo-style gold cartouche with sprays of daisies. The drawers are lined with red corduroy-like fabric. The music box is in working condition, although I don’t recognize the tune, and the movement is marked “Japan.” The back of the music box is signed and dated: “P.G.M. Apr. 1973.” Lovely addition to the dressing table or shelf styling with French flair. See below for measurements and condition.

MEASUREMENTS: 6.25″ tall x 7.5″ wide x 4 1/8″ deep – the two top drawers are 3″ deep, while the bottom one is 1 7/8″ deep (to accommodate the music box).
CONDITION: Excellent preowned vintage condition; clean, with working music box.
