This Shipping & Returns Policy is part of our Terms of Service (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: https://www.vintage-keepers.com/terms-of-service.
 
 
Please carefully review our Shipping & Returns Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
 
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
 
Each vendor is responsible for the fulfillment of a customer’s order. Each vendor is responsible for shipping, delivery, and returns (if the vendor allows returns). 
 
Vintage Keepers is not seller of record. Sales of product(s) on our Marketplace are between Seller (also known as vendor) and Seller’s Customers; Vintage Keepers is not the seller and is not a party to such transactions. Seller’s listing of Product(s) on a Marketplace does not imply that Vintage Keepers endorses or is affiliated with Seller or Seller’s Product(s).
 
When you purchase our goods, either we (the vendors) or a third party will ship these goods to you. If a third party is used for shipping, the shipping will be governed by that third party’s Terms of Service and other applicable policies. Please contact the vendor of the product to gain access to the third party’s identity and policies.
 
When you purchase our goods, the cost of the shipping will be calculated and presented to you during the checkout process.
 
We or a third party will ship the goods to you within a reasonable time from the date that you made your purchase.
 
Free Shipping
 
We offer free shipping on Products specified by the vendor as ‘Free Shipping’. Each vendor is responsible for deciding if free shipping is offered.
 
Expedited Shipping Fees
 
Each vendor is responsible for the fulfillment of a customer’s order. Each vendor is responsible for shipping, delivery, and returns. If you desire expedited shipping fees, you must contact the vendor of the product to see if they offer expedited shipping.
 
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
 
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
 
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
 
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
 
We offer worldwide shipping. Each vendor is responsible for shipping, delivery, and returns. Some vendors may not offer worldwide shipping.
 
 
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Also, please note, customers are responsible for any additional taxes that are added to purchases due to international shipping.
 
RETURNS
 
Each vendor is responsible for the fulfillment of a customer’s order. Each vendor is responsible for shipping, delivery, and returns. Each vendor may choose to opt out of offering returns for individual products or for their entire shop.
 
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days for applicable products. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Some vendors offer no refunds or returns on specific products or their entire shop and are therefore exempt from offering 30 days for a refund and return. 
 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Products sold on the website are vintage products. As vintage products, they generally are not in new condition.

 
If a product is broken or damaged during shipping, the vendor is responsible to reimburse the customer as well as facilitate claims with the shipping company.
 
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Gift cards are nonreturnable. Each vendor is responsible to decide which of their products are returnable or nonreturnable; therefore several products are exempt from returns if the seller has opted out from offering a return.
 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 
 
REFUNDS
 
Each vendor is responsible for the fulfillment of a customer’s order. Each vendor is responsible for shipping, delivery, and returns. Each vendor may choose to opt out of offering returns or refunds for individual products or for their entire shop.
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
 
Late or Missing Refunds
 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
 
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
 
If you’ve done all this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact the vendor of the product.
