This stunning turn of the century oval shaped platter has so many pretty details. Made by W. Hulme of England, this antique ironstone serving dish is decorated with a highly detailed floral border in a lovely shade of blue transferware. The pattern is called “Maine”. It has a nice deep well for serving or can also be used as a decorative piece.
The backstamp is blurry but reads: “W. Hulme North Burslem England. Semi Porcelain. Maine”. The banner in the center of the logo says “Reliable”.

Good vintage condition. No chips or cracks. Crazing in the glaze with occasional light staining. Minimal signs of surface wear. Please see all photos and zoom in for details!
