These very vintage ornately shaped pottery candle holders were made in Japan by Moriyama Mori-Machi in the 1920’s. The creamy white color is enhanced by a shell & scroll design, making this pair both elegant & neutral. They would look lovely styled on a mantel or bookcase and can also be used as tabletop decor.

Condition:
Good vintage condition with no chips or cracks. There is crazing in the glaze. Some candle residue inside the well of the candle holder that I was not able to remove. Does not detract. Please see all photos and zoom in for details! (Candles not included).
