Lovely pair of vintage brass vases in a traditional Indian design. The vases are large (16.75″ tall) and perfect as accents on the mantel or hearth. The rims are ruffled, adding interest and dimension. Floral and geometric designs cover the entire outer surface (except for a small section on the underside of the ruffles). The designed are highlighted with green, red, black, yellow and cream paint. These have been in storage since the early 1980s, having come from the estate of a world traveler who lived in Saudi Arabia in the 1970s and traveled extensively throughout the Middle East, North Africa and the Indian Subcontinent. The bases can be unscrewed and will ship that way. See dimensions and condition description below.
APPROX. DIMENSIONS: 16.75″ tall x 5.5″ diameter at the base x 6 1/8″ diameter at the rim; each weighs approx. 3.12 lbs.
CONDITION: Very good preowned vintage condition, showing age-appropriate tarnish and some pitting consistent with having been in storage for some time. See photos.
