A set of four brass trivets. Easy way to have an instant collection. The set includes a brass swan and three cyphers – William and Mary, Colonial Williamsburg, and Queen Ann.
1)The Swan is not marked other than the word BRASS handwritten on the back. It has five feet with rubber tips on all but one. It measures roughly 9.5 inches tall and 7.25 inches wide.
2)William and Mary trivet was manufactured by Virginia Metalcrafters with insignia on the back, but it is quite worn and hardly legible. Marked CW10-11, William & Mary, Copyright (date has worn and not legible). The trivet has four feet and no rubber tips. Measures approximately 6 inches tall and 8 inches wide.
3) Colonial Williamsburg trivet manufactured by Virginia Metalcrafters with VM on back. Marked CW10-14. Copyright 1950 (when design was copyrighted and not necessarily when this was made). Four short feet, no rubber tips. Measures approximately 6 inches in diameter.
4) Queen Ann trivet manufactured by Virginia Metalcrafters with insignia on the back. Marked CW10-10. Copyright 1950 (when design was copyrighted and not necessarily when this was made) Also Stamped Williamsburg on the back. There are four feet with 3 rubber tips. Someone has attempted to glue one of the rubber tips on this but should be able to be removed. It measures about 9 inches tall and almost 10.25 inches wide (tip to tip).
All of the trivets show some signs of age with a little patina and oxidation. They are a lovely way to really dress up a dinner table or party buffet. You could use them under a plant to lift it off the surface a little. I also like them hung on a wall for display and the last gallery photo shows what that might look like.

This service will include tracking and insurance. For heavy, larger items, it may be less expensive to ship FedEx or UPS. I am happy to check alternate carrier rates for you if you contact me before buying. I am only set up to ship within the contiguous U.S. states. Â
