This beautiful pottery piece is stamped with an X which is from the artist Royce McGlashen. He is from New Zealand and alive today. This style is from the 80s I believe based on another piece of his with the same design that was dated. Today his pottery has a very different style. I have been unable to find other older pieces of his for sale so this isn’t an easy to find piece, especially in the US. Use it for styling on a shelf or coffee table. The domed lid comes off. Photos 3&4 show how it looks on either side. In good condition with no chips or cracks.
