Fabric is soft & heavy with two sides hemmed and the other two sides with a selvage finish. Product weighs 13.5 ounces and measures 46″ x 49″. Faint discoloration, but nothing obvious to the naked eye. Mostly wash wear. (See pic with tag visible.)
