Offering: This boot stretcher from the late 1800’s is marked R for right boot, size 5. Carved from solid birch hardwood the foot piece is pegged and moves up and down. The three sections have groves that fit together to slide apart. I have tied a ribbon that holds the 3 pieces together. We left this as found so the new owner can decide if they want to glue or fasten with screws to permanently hold the 3 stretcher pieces together.
The finish is in very good condition with a warm antique patina.
The overall size is 11″ in length, 4″ wide, and 20″ tall.
