For your consideration is a graceful seascape painting on canvas signed by the artist, Amos Carr. The movement in the billowy ship sails is soft against the sky. The slightest shade of peach is peeking through the clouds as if to indicate dawn or dusk is near. A lovely piece of nautical or coastal style decor which can be framed for a more formal look or left as is for a more rustic appeal.

Condition:
Vintage from the mid 20th century. This piece is unframed. There is paint loss around the edge where the frame used to be. The canvas is adhered to a pressed board which is 1/8″ thick. There is no mounting hardware on the back of the board so that would have to be added if choosing to leave unframed. This would also look nice simply propped on a shelf in a vignette. The painting is in good condition otherwise but does have some very light staining & spots here and there. Please see all photos and zoom in for details!
