This oval pan is copper plated with stainless lining on the inside which makes it safe for use (however, in this particular pan, you can see that the lining has begun to rub off slightly). We love the solid brass handles, the gorgeous copper patina, and substantial weight (weighing over 2 pounds). It is stamped “ODI made in Portugal”. This would be gorgeous displayed in a kitchen.
