Vintage French Watercolor

This beautiful, framed work has so much texture between the manner of the paint application and the subject matter. This work on paper was sourced at a market in Geneva and features a waterfront view.  It features a statuette on a lakeside promenade with light dappling on the sidewalk and small wooden boats. It is signed by listed French artist Isidore Rosenstock (1880-1956).  There is some age to the edges as it dates to the 1950s. This will look stunning propped up on your kitchen counter, hung in your bedroom, above a mantle, or integrated into a gallery wall.
