Vintage etching of an English Setter Hunting Rabbit by Paul Wood. Paul Wood was an American artist (1897-1964) known for his watercolors and etchings of animals, particularly of hunting dogs and birds. In the 1930’s, his etchings were published by the Paris Etching Society and exhibited throughout the USA and France. Stamped in the top left corner with “Paris Etching Society NY” and signed by the artist in pencil in the bottom right. The frame has some wear, but still in good condition.
