A very special and eye catching black and white original photo of the UT track team (University of Texas). It is dated back to the 1930’s, however I found a single photo of a track member with a very similar outfit dating to the 1920’s. Black and white group photos aren’t rare, but to find one that pops in an eye catching way is. I love the stars in the uniform creating dimension in the overall photo.
It comes with its original black frame which has some wear along the edges. The photo is pasted to a taupe-colored paper background. The back has its original hanging wire. I have taped the back with brown acid free tape to secure the back.
