Vintage 1920s Uneeda (Nabisco) Biscuit Tin with Top Handle and Colorful Graphics

This colorful biscuit (or cracker) tin with top handle and front latch has Uneeda’s logo first used between 1923 and 1941.  Based on the style of the graphics, we estimate it dates from the 1920s.  The tin measures 4.75″ tall x 5.5″ across x 4.5″ front to back.  There’s some discoloration, scuffs and scratches and some surface rust but, overall, the tin is in very good antique condition for being 100 years old.  The interior is discolored but clean, perfectly usable.  For a look at the company’s fascinating history, see https://americanbusinesshistory.org/uneeda-business-history-the-nabisco-story/  The tin makes a great storage container in the kitchen or anywhere in the home.  Suitable for boho, farmhouse and shabby chic decor styles.
