I found this pottery flower vase while out sourcing and just loved the color. Is it a shade of faded red, purple, pink… I’m not sure but it is lovely. The vase has three holes and would probably be classified as a tulipiere.
The flowers on the vase look a little like parrot tulips, but they could also be a flowering vine as the base is styled more like a branch and the leaves on the vase are not really tulip-like. The vase is molded (seam shows on the bottom) and there is no maker’s mark on it, so I don’t know a lot about it. Bottom is unglazed. It measures about 7.5 inches tall and 7 inches wide.
