Lovely wool hooked rug in soft pastel colors for a great vintage look. The rug is rectangular, measuring 48″ x 27″, and features a rose border with central off-white medallion surrounded by a very pale pink transitional area. Separating the solid areas are floral designs in rose, browns, blue, and greens. Comes from the very clean estate of antiques collectors; we estimate this rug dates from the 1940s to the 1960s and is in very good vintage condition for its age. There is one corner with a small frayed area, which looks stable–see last image. The rug has been vacuumed and is clean, free from stains, odors, or rips. The colors on the top side have faded slightly over time and the pile shows wear consistent with age. Great size for the bedside table or dressing room.
