A masterfully executed watercolour antique painting. Dated 1862 and signed E. Knight. The feeling of Spring is so beautifully captured in this piece. Tranquil river, lush greenery and serene energy.
The painting is protect behind reflective glass and professionally matted. The paper on which the watercolours were painted seems to have buckled and has an overall wave to it as seen in the pictures. Some overall wear commensurate with the age of the painting.
