For your consideration is a beautifully aged, scalloped edge platter featuring a colorful pair of pheasants in an autumnal setting. The gorgeous image portrayed on the platter is by R.K. Beck, a famous wildlife artist from the early 20th century. This festive piece would display beautifully throughout the fall season on an easel in the kitchen or propped up in a hutch. The platter is marked Warner Keffer China Co, Liverpool. The factory was in operation from 1908 – 1912.

Good antique condition. There are no signs of crazing in the glaze. The image is vibrant but does show some surface wear and scratches. There is a small nick or chip on the surface of the decorated image. This is highlighted in photo 5, along with the artist’s signature. There is a very tiny flake chip along the edge. There is wear to the gold painted trim and decorative garland. Please see all photos and zoom in for details!
