This is the exception as I have never been met with such kindness, caring and well words escape me to explain how thankful and what a blessing it was to me to have found this wonderful person and their shop. Everything is beyond what I would have expected in customer service and those of us who love to save vintage items will have met their soul person who cares so deeply about each item. I was lucky to have stumbled on this shop by complete accident but what she has done to make my daughter so very happy is something I will never forget. The world needs more people like this❤️
I ordered a vintage handmade pottery jar, and it arrived quickly, and was wrapped exceptionally well. The handwritten note was a lovely touch, and the jar is even more beautiful in person. I can't wait to style it in my kitchen, and am so happy with this purchase! I will definitely purchase from Burrow again!
