This is a print from the 1929 book Modern Masters of Etching L. C. Rosenberg, A.R.E. published in London by The Studio and New York by William Edwin Rudge. This is Plate V depicting La Badia in Florence.
I will be listing etchings from the book. The book was purchased at an estate sale and was in deteriorated condition with the binding broken, loose pages and water damage to the cover. The plates, however, were in decent shape and I am hoping someone might want to mat and frame them.

“Modern Masters of Etching” was originally part of a 33 volume series published 1925-1932. Each volume in the series presented 12 tipped-in photogravure plates (with captioned tissue-guards) of etchings by the featured artist.
Louis Conrad (L. C.) Rosenberg (1890–1983), was an American artist, architect, author, and educator active between 1914 and 1966 known for his precise staging and rendering of architectural scenes in Europe and the United States during the 1920s and 1930s.
The listed etching is still attached to a backer page. It is glued on one side, but you should be able to mat and frame with this in place. Each backer page is foxed and shows wear, however the prints are in good vintage condition. This print has small creasing in the upper left hand corner (see photo). I will include the tissue guard with the print. Overall measurement of each page is 12.25 x 9.25 inches.
The print itself measures 9 x 7.25 inches.
