Florentine wooden waste basket made in Italy. Antique cream colored with gold embellishment. Marked Made in Italy on the bottom. Some wear around the edges to the gesso skim coat (see gallery photos) and overall wear to the can itself adding to its old world charm. This was made to use as a waste can, but with a liner, it would make a pretty wooden container for a plant. Perfect bit of glamour for your bathroom, office or bedroom. Measures approximately 10.5 inches tall, 6.5 inches in diameter at the base and 10 inches in diameter at the top. There is a silver strip on the bottom. I’m not sure if this was a label that has worn or something someone attached later.
