The coolest brass box I have ever found. Weighs a solid 5-6 Lbs and measures 7.25″ tall and 8″ from nose to tail. The brass is in very good condition with only minor patina and the inside is clean too. The boxes have many uses, but traditionally were used for nuts. The latch does open and close, though it is a little tight, but completely functioning. No other notable flaws.
